Refund & Cancellation Policy
The applicable option depends on whether payment was verified and whether execution has started.
Before payment
An unpaid order can be cancelled without a refund because no money has been received.
Paid but not started
If payment has been verified but execution has not started, contact support immediately. A refund or replacement may be agreed after payment fees and network limitations are reviewed.
Started to execute
Once execution has started, cancellation may be impossible for work already performed, transferred currency, delivered items or used supplier stock.
Store cannot fulfil the order
If ENFOSGOLD cannot provide the agreed service, support will offer a replacement, a revised delivery time or a refund through an available route.
