How ENFOSGOLD confirms and delivers digital game services.
Delivery methods
Depending on the selected product, delivery may use face-to-face trade, in-game mail, auction house, account service or another method agreed with support.
Estimated time
Delivery time begins after payment verification. The estimate shown on the product page is not a guaranteed deadline because stock, server queues and customer availability can change.
Customer availability
The customer must provide the correct nickname, Discord username, server, realm, faction and other requested details. Some services require the customer to be online or offline at a specific time.
Delivery confirmation
The order is marked Completed after the service has been delivered or the agreed work has finished.
